Arizona built the first real college stadium for the sport,<br /> it changed the face of the game with a power influx in the mid 1990s, it drew unheard<br /> of crowds consistently, it helped put the game front and center on national television,<br /> and it kept winning games. Arizona’s average record for the past 25 years - 53-11. Arizona’s<br /> winning percentage in that quarter century - .822. It helped bring eight NCAA Championships,<br /> 10 Pac-10 crowns, and earned 86 individuall All-America honors for Wildcat players,<br /> who won five Honda Awards as national player of the year.
